REPLACED Practice Note SC CL 06 - Possession List
The Chief Justice has reissued Practice Note SC CL 6. The revised Practice Note commences operation on Monday, 25 May 2020.
The main changes are:
· Making it clear that defended matters will be case managed by a judge;
· Para 21 which requires leave to be obtained from the judge to file an interlocutory application;
· Para 22 which sets out the types of interlocutory applications which do not require leave; and
· The online court protocol in Annexure 2 applying to matters that are before the registrar only.
