The Chief Justice, the Honourable T F Bathurst AC, has issued Practice Note SC Gen 20 - Citation of Authority.
It commences operation on Friday 15 May 2015.
The Practice Note applies to the citation of authorities in all proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Court of Appeal and the Court of
Criminal Appeal, subject to Practice Note SC CA 1 Court of Appeal and SC CCA 1 Court of Criminal Appeal – General.
