Practice Note SC CL 05 - Urgent Matters in the Common Law Division

The Chief Justice, the Honourable TF Bathurst AC, has today re-issued Practice Note SC CL 5 – Urgent Matters in the Common Law Division. It replaces the previous version of the Practice Note, and name of, issued 18 May 2018.
It commences operation today, 8 March 2019.
The only change to the Practice Note is to the name, to assist practitioners and litigants in locating the practice and procedure to be adopted in respect of urgent applications in the Common Law Division.
